FLAT WORK IRONER

The IM series - multi roll industrial high productivity deep chest ironers for demanding commercial, Industrial, health care and hospital laundries.
star whites steam heated ironers are solid build units designed to guarantee at all times a high productivity at a high quality level.
The patented flexible hinged bed, heated by steam, presses the linen against a padded roll for increased production and superior finish. This pressing action combined with moisture evacuation through the roll allows the operator to iron and dry linen coming straight from a washer extractor with up to 55% moisture retention.
In addition the hinged bed is self-aligning and provides constant contact throughout the life of the padding. This system minimizes wrinkling of the linen and ensures minimal buildup of unwanted substances, thus ensuring an impeccable finishing quality
V-belt drive with advanced soft start AC variable frequency inverter for smooth operation. Heavy - duty reliable gear reducers are used for each roller Each roller has its own powerful independent suction fan for evaporation of the moisture. The SCH ironers are available with one two three or four roll modular steam heated ironing sections. The first roll in an star whites ironer has an accelerated has condensate removed system for maximum thermal efficiency and performance that significantly saves energy and speed up production. Pendant jog control simplifies padding maintenance.
